Frederico Carajote

Frederico joined Fosun Hive Iberia in July 2026 as HR & Office Manager. With over six years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment for leading international companies, including Bosch, he is responsible for supporting the company’s people strategy while overseeing the day-to-day office operations. His role focuses on strengthening HR processes, supporting employee development, and ensuring the efficient coordination of the workplace.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Lisbon and is fluent in Portuguese and English.
