Pedro Godinho

With a background in Civil Engineering and with almost 30 years of experience in the Real Estate and Construction Industry, his professional career began as a construction manager at one of the biggest contractors in Portugal, followed for more than 20 years of experience in project management at international development companies, with the responsibility of several significant projects in Portugal mainly in Retail and Offices. During his experience, he also had the opportunity to do several technical consultancies works all over Europe. Joined Fosun Hive Iberia in 2021 as Project Manager.

Working at Development projects has been all over the years his passion, with an attitude highly focused on results, teamwork, and success.
