FHI’s major project at present is the game-changing Entrecampos development in Lisbon, Portugal, to be delivered on behalf of the owner and investor, Fidelidade, Portugal’s leading insurance service provider.
This major project, situated in the commercial heart of Lisbon, is one of the largest city centre urban regeneration projects in a major European capital. Covering a site area of more than 50,000 sqm, this project will incorporate the new corporate Headquarters for Fidelidade, as well as 6 office towers, a retail plaza and three residential towers, creating a new commercial hub in the city.

FHI is working with a world class design team to deliver this project, comprising Gensler and Promontorio for Fidelidade’s new HQ Building, KPF and Saraiva & Associates for the office and main retail plot, and Portugal’s Pritzker prize winning architects, Siza Vieria and Souto de Moura in collaboration with Ana Costa.
Currently under construction, the project will set a new benchmark for sustainable and future ready mixed-use developments, and is scheduled for completion in 2027.
