Guilherme Figueira da Silva

Guilherme joined Fosun Iberia in 2025 as the Deputy Head of Cost and Procurement. With over 17 years of experience in Portfolio and Project Management, he is skilled in large-scale construction projects. He focuses on completing tasks as well as managing teams and projects effectively.

Guilherme worked for a Portuguese contractor on public infrastructure projects. He handled cost control, monthly reporting, planning and budgeting, feasibility studies, and cost analysis. He also managed project schedules, measurement, billing, and subcontractors. Guilherme also worked at Banco de Portugal, managing construction and renovation projects across 19 facilities.

Guilherme holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, an MBA from Católica/Nova, and a postgraduate degree in Project Management from ISEG. He is a senior member of the Portuguese Chamber of Engineers.
