Mário Caldas

Mario joined Fosun Hive Iberia in January 2020, as senior Project Manager. With over 30 years’ real estate experience across Europe, South America, Caribbean, Africa, and GCC countries.

Mario holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from Coimbra University(PT), attended John Moore’s University (UK) and holds Specialist degree in Management and Construction from Lisbon Engineer’s Institute (PT).

He is a Project Manager Professional (PMI), member of ASCE, and senior specialist member of the Portuguese Engineer’s Association,

Mario has developed his activity in various projects for different companies (private and governmental) across the globe including project management, construction and managing direction.
