Ms Sia Peng Peng was appointed as CEO to Fosun Hive Iberia in April 2024.

Ms Sia is concurrently the Chief Portfolio Officer with Fosun Hive Capital Management, a Fosun Global Partner and Fosun Hive Partner.

Ms Sia has more than 30 years of experience in real estate and infrastructure investment, development and asset management across US, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Fosun, Ms Sia was formerly the Head of Asset Management for 2 data centre funds and held various key positions in listed REIT and private equity funds within Keppel Capital. She has played leadership role in asset management with AUM in excess of USD 12billion. Ms Sia was the founding Chairperson of Keppel Capital ESG committee and continued to chair the committee between 2012 and 2021. She was responsible of the formulating the ESG strategies for various entities within the group.

Ms Sia holds a Master in Land Economy from Cambridge University in UK and a First Class Honours degree in Estate Management from Ulster University. In 2021, Ms Sia was conferred the Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (PBM, Public Service Medal) National Day Awards by Her Excellency, Madam Halimah Yacob, The President of the Republic of Singapore for her contribution to public services
