Rui Babau

Rui is a Civil Engineer with around 18 years of experience, having worked in different areas, such as Structures Design/Project, Engineering Consultancy, Construction Site Supervision, Construction Management and Project Management.

He has spent a large part of his professional life working in multidisciplinary teams and dealing with complex projects, mainly at Consulgal and EDP, where his role as Project Manager had an important impact, and joined Fosun Hive Iberia in 2025 as Deputy Head of Cost and Procurement.
Rui is also a Senior member of the Portuguese Engineer´s Association and obtained his degree from the Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon.
